First, we decide that life will continue…

Next: we decide that our desire, focus, choice, and state of consciousness are important and will have effect on that future. One of the spiritual truths emerging at this time is of remembering the power of consciousness and the truth that we have choice. We can build confidence in our own power to heal and change while also cultivating compassion. We will focus on creating a positive future–for ourselves and for all–while finding more enjoyment and gratitude in the present moment. Each individual will engage with their own healing and journey through a positive vision for themselves and for the world.

This is one of the foundational hypnosis series. You’ll get some basic concepts of hypnosis, and the mind, brain, and psyche that will really be helpful. You will select your own goal that you would like to focus on. You may know in advance of the group what that goal is, but you don’t have to. We will then support the progress towards this goal through BOTH the conscious and subconscious mind. Both the tangible, and the magical. Working in this way makes it more possible to accomplish your goals AND reconnects us of the magic, depth, and meaning that enliven any goal.

You may be at a point in life when many things have changed. You may be needing support to re-group and re-envision. Or you may be ready for a change. Stepping away from the repetition of the familiar, venturing into the new – the potential for different and better. This group will give you support for your healing, visioning, and practice of new ways. It feels really good to commit to a direction and notice progress.

“Metaphysical” = we will be working with the energies of consciousness and creation, and of practice and expectation. Connecting to the magical parts of ourselves and taping into the infinite reservoir of the psyche returns us to a sense of wholeness and meaning. We will apply this magic to re-enliven our engagement in everyday life. “Mastermind” = as we envision positive progress for the of the world, we will work directly on the parts of our lives that need our attention. You will focus on the areas of your life that you are wanting to improve, deepening your relationship to inner power. There will be an optional Mastermind-inspired group where you will get to brainstorm and trouble-shoot your goals.

This series is a great continuation for anyone who has done the “Reclaiming Your Mind” series but is also great if you have not done that course yet. These foundations will serve you going forward. No prior study or experience of hypnosis is necessary. Please invite your friends and spread the word - this is a fun process to do with a family member or friend. This will be a fun and empowering process.
