Self-Love & Forgiveness
We will use the power of the heart to come back to ourselves and continue on our journeys. Often, if we are stuck, there is something of the heart that must first be heard and healed. Whether your medicine is forgiveness, compassion, self-kindness, self-love, an honoring of grief, or revising an old wound, community, breath, and music will support you.

Our subconscious predicts what is possible for the future based on what we have experienced in the past. Yet, the soul has the feeling that there must be more. We will look at the beliefs we've been carrying from past experience and use the technique of the consciously connected breath to breathe in more health and goodness beyond what we could have imagined before.
Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00 pm • Gentle Yoga, Restoratives & Meditation
This class combines gentle movement, restorative poses, slow stretches, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. All levels are welcome–including beginners and those looking to heal the body and nervous system. Gentle movement gets the breath flowing and empties out the stress of the day. Restorative poses create a deep sense of support and safety, helping the body learn to relax and recharge. Pranayama and meditation connect you to your own center and infinite renewal.
