There are various kinds of journaling that we can go to when we need different things. All ways of journaling are valuable and they are very much essential to each other.
Focus journaling gives a powerful boost and movement forward.
Focus Journaling is a form of journaling that directs your focus and then uses that focus to create changes in the subconscious mind. This then brings changes in life that often seem like magic. You will notice possibilities, opportunities, capacity, and support that you otherwise may not have known were there. It uses intention, repetition, recognition and deep listening to move you beyond the places you have gone before.
This process will be fun and powerful.
I would love to have you be a part of it.
We need to gather 10 people in order for this group to run. Once we get 10 people, scholarship spots will be available.
Live online meetings:
The schedule of live classes is structured to support you in building consistency.
Classes are also recorded, so it’s ok if you miss or if you need to do the whole series via recording.
