• 5 Week Connection Group

A Return to Goodness: Healing from the Bottom-Up.
Join in or continue on! This 5 week group is an opportunity for new people to find their way in and for those who have been a part of the group to integrate and continue on with what they have been practicing. In this group, we will focus on supporting the body to experience soothing. Bottom-up healing means that change can happen in our minds and lives as our system has more of a felt-sense of safety. We will focus on the signaling system and nervous system and on creating templates for stability, “okayness,” and goodness. This group will also emphasize social connection and how healing that can be. You will get to know each other as you connect with your body. Each meeting will balance experiential practice, concepts, and sharing, making this a gentle place to be with yourself.

Rates - you are welcome to pay at whatever rate you can afford. Please pay at the highest rate you can afford to help support others.

Different series are of different lengths. You will be enrolling for the length of the series (not the amount of sessions you come to. However different pricing is listed below because each of these integration sessions are of different lengths.

The upcoming series is 5 weeks long.

For the 5 week series:

Scholarship Rate* : $40 + $2 processing for the 5 week session
Sliding Scale: $50 + $2 processing for the 5 week session
Regular Rate: $125 + $5 processing for the 5 week session
Supporter Rate: $200 + $8 processing for the 5 week session

* Scholarship Rate is ONLY available to continuing participants. If you are enrolling for the first time, please pay sliding scale rate or higher.
Once you have participated in the group, we will help you out if you are ever unable to contribute.
