Weave the threads through time. Gather up the Summer and any deeper journeys it has touched. Metabolize challenge, and drink the nectar. All who are interested are invited to this integration process. Whatever your journey has been, we will come together and find the medicine and the meaning.

I will guide you through a process of reflection and memory. We will work in small groups to do a process to orient to everything you have experienced. We will then do a full session of the consciously connected breath to support you in whatever inner work needs to be done to come to a landing point of clarity.

After the breathwork, there will be rest. Followed by time to share.

This group will run if we reach 13 people who are able to join and contribute financially. Once we have enough people so that the group can run, those who can’t pay or can’t pay much are welcome for free or by donation.
