These inter-sessions happen between the series of the Somatic Group and provide a time for you to connect more deeply with each other and to integrate what you have been working on.

Integration & Connection

This short, personal series is a chance is to welcome in new people who are curious about the group and to deepen the connection for those who are continuing on. Themes and practices we have explored will continue, and this series is more space for the personal. You will get to know yourself, each other, and these practices in a deeper way. If you have been in the group before, please continue on. If you are returning back, this is a great re-connection. And - if you have been curious - this provides a short exploration of the group and how it may fit with what you are working on.

We will continue exploring each channel of SIBAM and volunteers will also do some mini sessions with me so that you get to watch how exploring these channels help us move through, integrate, and heal.

Rates - you are welcome to pay at whatever rate you can afford. Please pay at the highest rate you can afford to help support others.

Scholarship Rate* : $18 + $1 processing for the 3 week session
Sliding Scale: $30 + $1 processing for the 3 week session
Regular Rate: $75 + $3 processing for the 3 week session
Supporter Rate: $120 + $5 processing for the 3 week session
