Life Moves Through
Breathwork Circles, Workshops & Retreats
These groups and events are beautiful ways to build community and wisdom. Some healing only happens through contact with others. Return again and again to continue connection to others and to yourself. Whether to an afternoon workshop, or a longer retreat, it takes courage to step out of the normal routine and into something new. Below is info on monthly circles, introduction classes to get you started, and retreats for a deeper dive.
Equinox Day Long Retreat
Turning Towards the Light
Saturday, March 16th
9:30 am - 5:30 pm at a private residence in Malibu
Let's land together in a day of contemplation to mark this first quarter of the year. As darkness and light come into balance, we turn towards the light. We will do this by listening to the subtle cues of the heart. Connecting to ourselves and moving intuitively from inner and outer listening. We will do yoga, meditation, breathwork, council circles and reflection. We will explore our participation with nature and continue to breathe into our desires.
These by-donation circles guide you to keep breathing into your healing throughout the year. Healing is reclaimed as a community activity and we come together in support and loving kindness. Each circle has a different theme and the consciously connected breath is used to help you on your journey.

Beginners can start their journey grounded in a personal understanding of yoga and feel more comfortable navigating all the different styles and brands of yoga out there today. Each workshop has a different theme, so you can come again and again to consider life and practice in different ways.
