Cerritos Yoga and Gymnastics for sensory challenges, developmental delays, and special needs.

Conscious movement is incredibly powerful in creating a sense of well-being in the body & mind. It is especially good for anyone with any kind of special need, helping decrease stress & self-criticism, while cultivating strength, abilities, & confidence. The City of Cerritos along with Life Moves Through and teacher Maribel Castro have created and amazing program of Adaptive Yoga & Gymnastics for people with sensory challenges, developmental diagnoses, or special needs. We are all different, with different challenges and strengths. Yoga, embodied gymnastics, & conscious movement gives people a light-hearted way to learn & grow while developing compassion & insight. Please read more to see if this program might be of interest to your family and friends. Private sessions are also available.
